Requirements

As part of the leadPops Implementation team, you will be working closely with new customers through every step of their onboarding journey to successfully implement leadPops products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

  • Serve as the first point of contact post-sale, communicating regularly with customers via email and phone.
  • Provide a best-in-class onboarding journey, focused on creating long-lasting happy customers.
  • Answer all general customer onboarding inquiries and forward information by receiving and distributing communication from and to customers.

Project Management:

  • Act as the project lead on new customer implementation from start to finish, managing multiple lines of service and products across internal teams.
  • Responsible for record management and keeping workflows moving within the fulfillment lifecycle.
  • Help identify solutions for improving internal processes, focused on creating a stellar experience for our customer.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Become an expert in the industries leadPops specializes in and maintain a working level of knowledge to understand our customers.
  • Assist customers with web development questions and needs to ensure internal teams continue through the fulfillment process.

Desired Skills

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Familiarity with some of the following systems: Hubspot, Zendesk, and Atlassian products
  • One to two years' experience onboarding clients onto a SaaS product
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required
